About R.A.M. Engineers
Drew M. Roberts is a mechanical engineer and engineering leader with more than 20 years of experience in mechanical design, fabrication, automation, and advanced manufacturing. As the founder of R.A.M. Engineering LLC, Drew specializes in taking projects from concept and design through fabrication, testing, and production.
Throughout his career, Drew has served as an Engineering Manager, Director of Mechanical Engineering, and New Product Development Manager, leading engineering, manufacturing, quality, and product development teams. He has built and trained engineering teams, established engineering management and product development processes, managed project schedules and budgets, and coordinated projects across engineering, manufacturing, and production. His experience spans custom machinery, automation, additive manufacturing, machining, sheet metal fabrication, injection molding, electrical equipment, and new product development. With a background that includes engineering, design, machining, and hands-on fabrication, Drew brings a practical approach to solving complex problems and developing solutions that are efficient, manufacturable, and built for real-world use.
Drew holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Northern Illinois University and has served as a guest lecturer in 3D printing, CAD design, and advanced manufacturing; as well as served on advisory committees and management boards. Outside of engineering, he enjoys woodworking, Welding and metal fabrication, being founder of my north creations llc allows for a professional outlet for his Craftsman skills. Along with work endeavors drew also is committed to community volunteer work, including an ongoing youth mentorship through big brothers of Colorado. Outside of all of that drew and his dog enjoy getting into the mountains as often as possible and exploring all that Colorado has to offer.
